What are my Shipping & Delivery options?
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available Monday – Saturday, 8:30pm – 5:30pm.
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Shipping Fees
We offer shipping at the following rates:
Paimark charges between Rs-50 to Rs-200 per invoice for shipping depending upon the radius from the operating location. Customer can place as small as or as big as order for the products, there is no limit applied for the variants of the size of the order.
Delivery
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery of your order.
Once the package leaves our facility, paimark.com is not liable for any delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier.
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.
No Exchange, No Returns, No Refunds
All sales made on paimark.com are final. We do not accept exchanges or returns for any reason.
We do not offer refunds, except in cases where the product received is damaged or defective upon arrival. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, and we will assist you accordingly.
Damaged or Defective Items

To process a refund for a damaged or defective item, we may require photographic evidence or other documentation to support your claim.
Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to specific regions/countries as mentioned during checkout.
